Ryan is the founding partner of Brenton Legal, PA. Ryan has represented both individuals and companies in a wide range of employment disputes, including complex litigation matters, class action lawsuits, as well as whistleblower, discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims. Ryan has appeared before numerous federal courts and agencies, including the United States Courts of Appeal for the Tenth and Eleventh Circuits, United States District Courts in Florida and Colorado, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Labor.
