About Ryan
Ryan is the founding partner of Brenton Legal P.A. He brings a unique perspective to employment law, having previously served as General Counsel for a large corporation in the service industry. This experience providing high-level strategic guidance from within a major company allows him to anticipate defense tactics and understand the inner workings of corporate decision-making.
Today, Ryan has shifted his focus exclusively to advocacy for the workforce, dedicating his practice to representing individuals who have been mistreated at work. Ryan has successfully handled a wide range of employment disputes, including complex litigation, class action lawsuits, and claims involving whistleblowing, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. His advocacy has taken him before numerous federal courts and agencies, including the United States Courts of Appeal for the Tenth and Eleventh Circuits, U.S. District Courts in Florida and Colorado, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the EEOC, and the Department of Labor.
Whether helping an employee navigate a hostile work environment, representing a whistleblower, or negotiating severance for a C-suite executive, Ryan provides a holistic understanding of the employment relationship. His clients—ranging from minimum wage workers to top-level executives—benefit from his strategic judgment, guidance and perspective.
