About Max
Max Burke is an Associate Attorney at Brenton Legal, P.A., where he represents employees in employment law matters, including claims of workplace discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. He is committed to providing clear, practical guidance and strong advocacy for individuals navigating complex employment disputes.
Max earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where he was a member of the National Trial Association and a recipient of the Merit Scholarship. He graduated cum laude and was recognized as the 2022–2023 Florida Labor and Employment Student of the Year. He earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Florida State University.
He is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. Prior to joining Brenton Legal as an attorney, Max spent two years clerking at the firm, gaining hands-on experience in employment litigation and case strategy. Before law school, Max worked as a camp counselor at the Jewish Community Center and at a financial firm in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Outside of work, Max enjoys playing tennis, running, and is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
