About Michael

Michael Oh is an Associate Attorney at Brenton Legal in Jupiter, Florida, where he represents employees in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. He is committed to providing clear guidance and strong advocacy for individuals navigating difficult workplace situations.

Michael earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where he excelled in the Nova Trial Association and won Best Overall Advocate during mock trial competition. He clerked with Brenton Legal for two years prior to becoming an attorney, gaining hands-on experience with employment matters from the outset of his legal career.

Michael is drawn to employment law because it allows him to advocate for individuals when the balance of power is uneven. His practice is informed by a disciplined, detail-oriented approach developed through both legal training and mindfulness practice.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys staying active, playing pickleball, and attending silent meditation retreats.
